Running Planet is pleased to offer you these free, full color, interactive E-magazines. We currently offer two e-magazines which are published 6 times per year. Running Strides and Contemporary Fitness. Each e-magazine brings you the most up to date information, tips, workouts , news and research in the fields of running, strength, fitness, endurance and weight loss. Each issue is free to all subscribers for its two month posting period.
All of our e-magazines are available to you at no cost, but you must be a member of the Running Planet community. It is easy to sign up and it is completely free with no strings attached. Each issue will be available at no charge during its 2 month posting period.

These magazines are produced in Adobe PDF format and are interactive. If you are viewing the magazines on a computer with a working internet connection you will be able to click on live links that will take you to other sources of information on the web. Some issues will also contain video clips that you can view on your computer.
In order to read these e-magazines you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Reader installed on your computer. Most of you already have this software installed.
