Goal Pace Marathon Training Programs


These are complete marathon training programs that will prepare you to complete a marathon at YOUR goal pace. Each training program includes all of the specific workouts and the specific workout paces that are needed to prepare you to finish your marathon at your pace. Each marathon training program includes a program overview, an 8 week marathon build up schedule, a 20 week marathon training schedule, a marathon strength training program and race strategy.

We currently offer finishing times from 2 hours 30 minutes to 5 hours 00 minutes. Be sure to choose your goal finishing time from the drop down list.

Each full color marathon training program contains 51 pages, is 8 1/2 x 11 inches and is plastic wire bound.
