You can run a marathon in 3 hours 20 minutes using this marathon traiining eBook. If you can currently run a marathon in 3 hours 21minutes to 3 hours 30 minutes, you should be able to reach the 3 hour 20 minute marathon goal time using this program. If you are currently running a marathon in 3 hours 31 minutes to 3 hours 35 minutes, you may be able to reach the 3 hour 20 minute level, but it would be difficult.
